This is a course created by a holistically trained clinician and coach for individuals struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, and perfectionistic tendencies. It is also a course designed to work with individuals experiencing chronic symptoms related to the previously mentioned struggles. 


We are living in a world that is constantly throwing us into a sympathetic dominant state, which then inevitably leads to a freeze or fawn response. These states can manifest in the physical form as anxiety, fatigue, panic, or people pleasing to name a few.


You may be wondering why I am qualified over someone else teaching on something similar to this and the answer is because I have lived through it. While battling Lyme, Bartonella, and reactivated Epstein Barr I had to not only relearn old tools from my work as a clinician but also educate myself on new ones. I learned that the foundational work, which I teach in this course, was the way through for me. I have also seen how much of what I teach in this course has impacted my 1:1 clients as well. It is amazing how much you truly learn and see in real time after you have had to fight through the darkness of chronic illness. 


I want to be clear that the goal of this course is not to just calm your body and mind, as that is actually not nervous system regulation. Rather this course is to give you the tools of resiliency and capacity to navigate new stressors as they arise while balancing yourself from previous stress states. 


I am a firm believer that much of the symptoms we are seeing today are connected to burnout, chronic stress, and past trauma. If you think of it this way, a more resilient immune system comes from a more regulated nervous system. So I am not here to say that illness or disease does not exist but rather that these things become far more exacerbated in a dysregulated nervous system. I actually believe that personally my nervous system dysregulation was what allowed dormant pathogens to flourish and why I inevitably got sick. 


My course and my 1:1 is not about teaching on dogmatic beliefs or fear mongering type data. My course is about the power of mindset, addressing old traumas, current and past stressors, and realizing that our body is always fighting for us not against us.
