What is A therapy Side Kick?
It’s a journal created by a trained therapist who also has experience as a client to support growth within the therapeutic process. This journal is meant to be a simple and easy tracker for progress, support between sessions, and a way in which to better identify what is working in therapeutic sessions and what is not. As a therapist I have found that many journals become more overwhelming than helpful so this one was designed with the potentially anxious person in mind who becomes more easily overwhelmed. Tools should be a support and not a crutch, and this is a great tool for anyone seeking improved mental health.
